Randy Couture: Setting Up Shop in Toronto!

Randy Couture confirmed Saturday that he will be opening up one of his franchise MMA gyms,
Xtreme Couture, in the Greater Toronto Area. Couture's partners originally looked at a
location near the QEW and Kipling, but the deal fell through when a neighbouring warehouse
reported some environmental problems. The Xtreme Couture team is now looking in
Scarborough, near the 401 and Morningside Rd. for a potential home.
Couture's partners include the brothers that currently own System Fitness near Bloor and
Runnymede. Couture has been adamant that he wants his Xtreme Couture gym to not only be
a fitness facility, but also one of the top fighter producing schools in Ontario.
